At this point you need to write down in CRM every spend hours for this project. Module will count down your working hours from your budget.
When you project is done and all your working time is written down, you could see if the project was successfully done or you spent too much time for it.
With Budget module you can control, eliminate errors and anticipate your further projects - by aspect of time and finance.
